The Big Island
2 oz Big Gin (London Dry Gin)
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Tippleman’s Double Spiced Falernum
Shake the gin, lime and falernum on ice and strain into coupe glass. Top with 2 dashes of cardamom bitters and garnish with lime.
