    INGREDIENTS

    1 ½ oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy
    ½ oz Tippleman’s Double Spiced Falernum
    ½ oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
    Super Spice Bitters by Portland Bitters Project

    DIRECTIONS

    Shake all but the bitters with ice and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Add several drops of bitters and garnish with a fresh slice of pear.
